Atty. Oscar M. Manahan graduated with Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Philippines in 1969, Bachelor of Laws from the College of Law in the same school in 1973 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1974
He has undoubtedly a proven track record of thirty-five (35) years of extensive and solid private law practice in various fields of law and has been involved in Intellectual Property (IP) protection and enforcement for twenty-two (22) years.
He heads O. M. Manahan & Associates and through the years, his clients have ranged from local companies and individuals to multinational companies. He is a member of the Intellectual Property Alumni Association of the Philippines (IPAP), Intellectual Property Alumni Association, Inc. (IPAAI), Licensing Executives Society (LES) Philippines and the Philippine Bar Association (PBA).
He incessantly works to create a massive Filipino awareness of the important role that Intellectual Property [patent] Rights protection plays in businesses, entrepreneurship and pioneering/innovative ideas in their contribution to economic and technological growth in the Philippines.
Atty. Manahan's goal is also geared towards beneficial change for Filipinos' way of life via breakthroughs in Intellectual Property Rights protection.
We have registered over 1,000 patents and 1,000 trademarks.
